Your cover

Your invoice is the starting point.

The warranty period can be different for each product, even when several items appear on the same invoice. The invoice, signed quote or contract will normally state the cover supplied with each item.

We then check the current manufacturer or supplier terms. Those terms may set different cover for batteries, power adapters, accessories and other parts.

A straightforward process

From purchase record to next step.

We keep you informed while we check the fault and coordinate with the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

  1. 01

    Check your invoice

The invoice or signed quote normally states the warranty period for each product.

  2. 02

    Tell us the fault

Share the product, serial number and a simple description of what happened.

  3. 03

    We assess the claim

We check the purchase record, product condition and the relevant supplier or manufacturer terms.

  4. 04

    We confirm the next step

We explain whether the product will be repaired, replaced, returned to a supplier or needs a paid repair.
